Privacy policy
The present Privacy Policy establish the terms and conditions of which RESHAPE and Reshape Ceramics, brands owned by APAC Portugal – Associação de Proteção e Apoio ao Condenado, collective person number 513 643 892, based in Travessa de São Pedro, 8, 1200-432, (from now on “RESHAPE”) , treats the personal data made available by the user when using the Internet Place www.reshapeceramics.com (from now on “Website”). The present document (from now on “Privacy Policy”), defines the terms in which RESHAPE might treat the personal data collected in the Website and notifies the adopted measures regarding the security of the said data.
The user of the website must read the Privacy Policy before using the Website.
RESHAPE recognises the importance of protecting personal data given by the user. As such, it has developed a group of security actions that aim at data protection and its treatment according to the General Data Protection Regulation.
The user of the website www.reshapeceramics.com, by signing in or buying online, explicitly guarantees to RESHAPE their consent in the usage of their personal data, address, data related to their buying process and payment mechanisms.
The data given by the user will be saved and treated in the same way, and may be utilised for commercial ends, namely for the processing of orders, communication of offers, of products, of services, promotional campaigns or advertising campaigns.
The Treatment of Personal Data is made accordingly to the legislation of personal data protection, all in terms of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and/or any other legislation that may regulate, add or substitute the before mentioned legislation.
Users with ages bellow 18 years old, to whom it was not given previous autorisation by a parent or tutor, must not send any personal information through the Website.
RESHAPE assumes that the user is able to supply the data collected through the Website and that it is actual, true and precise.
Treatment’s Responsibility
RESHAPE is responsible for the management and content of the Website, whose domain is owned by RESHAPE, and by the treatment off users’ personal data collected by the Website.
Within the scope of the Privacy Policy, in the case that RESHAPE resorts to third parties (outsourcing), that act in the name and by account of RESHAPE, these entities will also be obliged to put into practice the applicable organisational and technical security measures every time they may treat personal data as mandatory by Lei n.º 67/98, of October 26th, (from now on “Personal Data Protection Law”).
Treated Data, their use and the ends for their treatment
In the context of the use of the Website by the user, RESHAPE may treat the following categories of data, for the forward mentioned ends:
(1) Data collected through forms on the Website
The fill-in of Website forms by the user (for example to subscribe to the newsletter of to a campaign) implies the collection of personal data requested in the scope of the form. The subscription to RESHAPE information and the fill-in of certain forms implies the sending of informative messages by post or phone number by RESHAPE to the user. Occasionally, these messages may be request some information that allows Reshape Ceramics to get to know generically characteristics of its users. The users can, at any moment, unsubscribe to the campaign or newsletter that they have previously subscribed to.
(2) Data collected to purchases or website services
The personal data that the user provides once they register as client, are used to: identify them as user of the Website and give them access to the functionalities, products and services available at sign in as user;
Preparation, compliance and execution of the contract of purchase and sale respective to the acquired products or any other contract that may be made through the Website;
To personalise the services that motivate the purchase of products in the Website, in the case that intention to buy is showed by adding products to the wish list;
Contact by email or by another equivalent way of electronic communication, concerning products or services, functions of the Website and any on-going contracts;
Answer and manage requests of the user through client service channels, as well as to obtain information regarding the quality of the service.

With whom is the personal data shared
Within the framework of its competencies, RESHAPE needs to share users’ personal information to third parties, as such the user recognises and consents with this sharing. In this scope, RESHAPE may send this data:
a) To the administrative or judicial authority, namely when RESHAPEis forced to that by law or by judicial order or by administrative nature, as long as issued by a qualified entity;
b) To a subcontracted third parties by RESHAPE, if it seems reasonable to investigate, prevent or take measures against illegal or inappropriate activities, fraud suspicions or potential threats to RESHAPE, for the users of the Website, or violations or suspicions of violation of the Terms and Conditions of the Website.

However, despite all efforts, RESHAPE can not guarantee the complete and absolute and inviolability of the information received, taking into account the insecure nature of open networks such as the Internet.
