Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchanges and returns, until up to 30 days after order delivery, in the following conditions:

a) The acquired product does not satisfy the needs of the client;

b) The product is not the one ordered by the client;

c) Product defect;

d) Product damage.

The return must be requested by the client with an email to hello@reshapeceramics.com, with the subject “Return”, or through the contact form.
The client must write in the body of the message the reasons for the return and the reference of the order in question. Returns without previous warning will not be accepted.

The return must be made through our hired distribution company and its pick up is in the pointed address.

In the mentioned conditions, Reshape Ceramics takes in all costs related with the return, including the shipping costs of the new article if the client decides to make an exchange. 
The repayment will be processed after evaluation of the product(s), through the same payment method used in the initial transaction, until up to 30 days after the return.
The returned products must be in the same conditions as in arrival and accompanied with the respective proof of purchase.
Products that have been used, transformed, damaged or without packaging will not be accepted.
