All online shopping on the website www.reshapeceramics.com can be delivered worldwide.

Delivery Process and Timeline

The dispatchment of our orders are only processed by our servers after confirmation of the respective payment.
The orders are dispatched by a specialised delivery company.
These will be shipped to the address provided by the client, which can’t be altered. In the case of wrong information given by the client and/or change in address it is of the client’s responsibility to support any additional costs. 
If the client wishes to send an order to more than one address, they should do so in separate buying processes. In that case, each order has its own delivery costs.
Reshape Ceramics delivery orders take between 3 and 10 weekdays.

Reshape Ceramics tries its best to deliver all orders on the above mentioned deadlines, however these may be slightly extended during the holidays.

Please note that when the client does not open the door to the delivery person, the order will be left in the nearest post office, and it’s the customer’s responsibility to pick it up.

Shipping Prices

Shipping prices will depend on the location you wish to receive your order and on the total items purchased. Prices will be calculated at checkout. If you wish to make a simulation of a specific amount but do not want to initiate the checkout process, please contact us at hello@reshapeceramics.com or fill in the contact form.

Product Unavailable

All products presented in the Reshape Ceramics website are limited to the existing stocks.
In case of unavailability of an already ordered product, Reshape Ceramics commits to inform the client about the new delivery date forecast, being that the client can maintain or cancel the order.
If the client chooses to cancel the order, Reshape Ceramics will refund the total payed amount (through the same payment method used by the customer), in a period of 30 days after the date of the announcement of unavailability by Reshape Ceramics to the client.

In the case of being interested in a product from a previous collection, no longer available in-store, please contact us through the contact form.

Tracking Orders

After payment verification and, in a maximum of 24 hours, a confirmation email will be sent to the client, followed by a text message, once the order leaves the distribution centre. A tracking number will be provided to the customer, which they can use to track the delivery status in the distributor company’s website. 

For verification purposes, distributors may ask for the client’s signature (or a representative) when delivering the product.

Cancelling Orders

It’s possible to cancel orders as long as they have not yet been processed by Reshape Ceramics and in the legal period of 14 days. Cancelling an order guarantees the money back to the client by the same payment mechanism used, however shipping costs are of the client’s responsibility.  
The client may cancel an order by sending an email to hello@reshapeceramics.com, with the subject “Cancel order”, or through our contact form.
It is mandatory that the client presents the order’s reference in the body of the message.
